For students
Are you an ambitious and talented student that want to learn more about the legal issues that arises in connection with M&A and Capital markets transactions? Davidson John & Associates has a group of 3-5 students who work evenings at our offices. Their main work tasks consist of day-to-day facility management (such as reception management, meeting room tasks and day to day office control), as well as being a valuable support function in connection with projects for our lawyers. You’ll be a part of an including and experienced team of both partners, lawyers and associates and receive valuable insight to the business and how professionals in the industry for M&A and Capital markets transactions work.
